What They Do

A Pricing Coordinator coordinates pricing for retail store products. Works with retailers and product manufacturers to set product prices. Analyzes customer demand and sales trends. Checks products in store displays to make sure prices are accurate.

  • Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
  • Ticket, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.
  • Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
  • Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
  • Clean shelves, counters, and tables.
