A Sales Support Representative provides administrative support to sales and field sales representatives. Assists with creating sales proposals or sales presentations and demonstrations, and maintains records related to sales May obtain and document price quotes for customers; may process customer orders.

  • Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
  • Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
  • Clean shelves, counters, and tables.
