) Adecco is hiring an Onsite Recruiter / HR Specialist to support high-volume hiring and workforce management at a large client! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants experience in recruiting, staffing, or Human Resources who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. If you're driven by results, relationship-building, and hiring success, this role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce operations. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards, databases, and networking Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, andpliance processes Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and recruiting tools Qualifications 1+ years in customer service, and an interest in HR / Recruiting Strong skills inmunication and relationship management Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally as needed now!!

Pay Details:
