1099 Edible Arrangement Deliver Part Time

We're currently looking to bring on dependable drivers to help with weekly coverage and on-demand deliveries as we continue to grow. Schedule & Availability

• We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM
• Order cutoff is typically around 4:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available — we can work around your availability (morning and/or afternoon routes depending on the day and need)
• Drivers are scheduled based on availability and business demand, with opportunities to pick up additional orders when needed Driver Role
• Deliver Edible Arrangements orders locally in assigned zones
• Maintain professionalism and timely deliveries
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Must be reliable and able to work on scheduled days
• Must have a vehicle with working air conditioning Pay Structure & Evaluation Period
• New drivers will begin with a 1-2 week evaluation (onboarding) period
• During this time, drivers will receive a guided route structure and may start at a lower rate of approximately $5
• 5.75 per order while being evaluated for reliability, consistency, and performance
• During evaluation, drivers may receive a lighter volume of orders as they get familiar with the system After successfully completing the evaluation period:
• Drivers may move into the standard pay tier of $6.00-6 per order
• Drivers who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and professionalism may receive:
• Increased order volume
• Scheduling priority
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses for increased pay Opportunity
• We currently average 50-80 deliveries per week, with volume increasing during peak seasons (holidays, graduation season, etc.)
