Job Description

Your Job Our Maumelle, AR facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to support our 3rd shift assembly crew. This role will provide principled leadership for production activities, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations for quality, delivery, and service. Our Team Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, operates our Maumelle, AR facility, providing comprehensive innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the medical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics industries. Our Maumelle site specializes in producing high-quality medical devices and components, ensuring excellence in every step from concept to commercialization. What You Will Do Lead and manage production staff by overseeing performance, discipline, hiring, career development, communication, goal alignment, administrative tasks, and maintaining trust and confidentiality Demonstrate leadership ability and foresight to plan and delegate work in advance Organize and coordinate activities within the manufacturing operation to meet or exceed the facility and corporate goals Ensure quality procedures are executed and quality parts are produced and delivered on time that meets customer specifications Project staffing for daily and future production needs Coach and facilitate problem solving among production staff Promote continuous improvement involvement along with timely completion of all corrective actions assigned Consistently monitor machinery, processes, tools, and work cell layouts to recommend improvements that yield increases in profit and quality levels and decreases potential safety hazards Create an environment of accountability on the production floor Work directly with Production Operators, Quality and other support departments by addressing issues as they arise Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and encouraging safe practices among all team members Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (i.e., SAP) What Will Put You Ahead Experience with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Bachelor's Degree Lean manufacturing experience Experience in a medical manufacturing environment Experience using Microsoft Office Experience working with Kronos for timekeeping This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.
