• Contract Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1099 Turns Contractor to join our dynamic construction team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to diverse construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. As a contractor, you will bring your expertise and hands-on skills to support various phases of construction, renovation, and restoration projects, delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. Responsibilities Execute construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and masonry with precision and efficiency Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete project requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration efforts to uphold quality standards Install fixtures such as cabinets, glass panels, doors, trim carpentry elements, and other architectural components Support heavy equipment operation when required for site preparation or material handling Requirements Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or skilled trades with a strong background in various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, roofing, and masonry Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is preferred for reviewing plans and documents Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of construction estimating processes and inspection procedures to maintain quality control Hands-on experience with concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, fabrication or related trades is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and the ability to adhere to OSHA standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting onsite challenges Valid certifications or licenses relevant to specific trades (e.g., OSHA certification) are a plus Join us as a 1099 Turns Contractor if you're passionate about building excellence from the ground up!
