Our client, a Tier One supplier to Honda, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. The facility encompasses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and supports dedicated associates across Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

$10,000 Total !!!!! $5000 end of 3 months and another $5000 end of 6 months

Location :

London, OH Hourly Pay Rate:

(Lvl III $31.75), (Lvl IV $33.00), (Lvl 5 $35.85) (based on experience and shift assignment) Shift/Hours (Monday-Friday) : 2 nd shift

• 3pm-11:30pm / 3 rd shift-11pm-7:30am

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance tasks under minimal supervision Identify, schedule, and manage process improvements and team activities Apply independent judgment to solve problems and troubleshoot moderately complex issues Mentor junior technicians Communicate proactively with internal customers and prioritize departmental work Demonstrate solid organization, analytical, and communication skills

Qualifications:
