Skills Need:

20-year-old female who is trach, vent, and g-tube dependent. She also has seizures daily and needs total care

Shifts:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - day shift ( 8 or 12 hours) & Monday and or Wednesday 11am-7pm Training and orientation is available and shift is also flexible.

Requirements:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience Private Duty experience preferred, but not required Current CPR certification Recent TB test (within last year) Yearly Physical document Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position
