5/6/2026 SUMMARY Support Social Skills Groups for children and teens with autism. Groups are formed based upon age and abilities of participants. Brown University Health employees are expected to successfully role model the organization's values of Compassion , Accountability , Respect , and Excellence as these values guide our everyday actions with patients, customers, and one another.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet children and parents upon arrival at their group, take attendance for assigned groups. Assist Group Facilitator(s) in setting up activities and materials. Assist Group Facilitator(s) in conducting Social Skills Group activities. Complete clean-up following groups. Implement individualized treatment plans. Rate Treatment Support Assessments weekly. Attend trainings and staff meetings associated with Social Skills Groups. Oversee dismissal of participants to parents, caregivers, and/or others on their Authorized to Pick Up List.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Flexible work schedule including some nights and weekends when groups are running. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and some experience supporting individuals with autism. Willingness to work as a team member in a rapidly expanding
