Our Onsite Talent Advisor is accountable for: Providing onsite, front line support to both the employees and the client, ensuring excellence in delivery for a client that has a global reach. Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement, acting as the guardian of the customer's processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across the account. Attracting and assessing (screening and interviewing) prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to ensure client hiring needs are met. Keeping on top of payroll issues and working with other departments to ensure all employees are paid in a timely manner Working with Kelly's and the Client's safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Proven ability to effectively engage customers through regular and proactive communication and building of strategic relationships Proficiency in knowing and leveraging industry trends and best practices to strengthen client partnerships and inform decision making Results oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment Strong technical acumen using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint minimum of 3+ years of staffing/leadership experience required, preferably working within a manufacturing environment; understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred. This is an onsite role based in Florence, KY Work schedule will be one of the following shifts: Tues-Sat 8 AM

• 5 PM or Wed-Sat 8 AM
• 7 PM Tues-Sat 8 PM
• 5 AM or Wed-Sat 6 PM
• 5 AM Mon-Fri 12 PM-9 PM Sun-Wed 8 AM-7 PM Base pay range for this position is $25-30 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position
