Training:
  • Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (6-8 weeks) +
  • Post-Training Schedule:
  • 10.30am to 6.30pm ,11:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM +
  • Note:
  • After successful training, role transitions to work-from-home. Candidates may be required to return onsite if performance or attendance expectations are not met.
  • JOB SUMMARY
  • The Customer Support Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience while assisting with medication-related requests, including refills and shipment scheduling.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently + Provide accurate information and excellent customer service + Process prescription refills and coordinate shipment scheduling + Resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively + Document interactions and provide appropriate follow-up + Adhere to company policies and procedures + Maintain flexibility with scheduling as needed
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • + Minimum 1 year of call center experience (required) + Healthcare experience (preferred) + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Typing speed of at least 35 WPM + Ability to obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration by or before start date + Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Pay Details:
  • $17.
