Brake Operators/Fabricators:

Ability to perform own setups and operate our 85 - 275 ton CNC ATC Amada Toyokoki Brakes (cannot be merely operators) Top-notch print reading and interpretation skills. Ability to work within tolerances of .005 and degree. Able to accurately measure and record results of part dimensions characteristics using calipers and mics. Ability to adjust offsets. Demonstrated detail orientation. Work well independently and on a team in a Job Shop environment. Ability to follow and retain instructions. Familiarity with ISO procedures /quality standards is beneficial. Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, pull, and push during the course of a 10-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with regularity. (average parts run 2-15 lbs) Required General Fabrication skills : Ability to learn Hardware insertion tasks. Operate Finishing equipment such as a Fladder, Hand grinders, deburring equipment, etc. 2-3 yrs. knowledge experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment helpful Mechanically inclined: able to use a variety of power/air and hand tools including rivet gun. High attention to detail & fine tactical ability. Pallet jack experience Additional job requirements Ability to take direction; work independently and as part of a team. Reliable/dependable attendance record. Contribute to team dynamics, offering solutions to move projects forward.
