This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening supplier partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our engineered wood products, siding, and specialty lumber business.

What You'll Lead Sales growth and profitability initiatives Team development across sales, purchasing, and operations Supplier strategy and vendor negotiations Customer engagement with dealers, architects, and contractors Inventory, forecasting, and operational performance Cross-functional collaboration across the organization What We're Looking For 10+ years in the Forest Products industry Proven leadership experience in EWP and siding sales Strong business, financial, and operational acumen Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Pass a pre-employment drug test If you're passionate about leadership, market growth, and building strong teams in the forest products industry, we'd love to connect.
