$19.00•$21.00/hour Responsibilities Set up and operate manual lathes Measure and inspect products using calipers and micrometers Follow all manufacturing standards and safety procedures Read and follow SOPs and work instructions Use hoists and cranes to safely move materials and components Communicate effectively with team members to support workflow Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift Frequent squatting and use of both hands for detailed work Ability to see details at both close and far distances Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Steel-toe shoes required Experience operating a sit-down forklift required : #ZR
