Who are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products safely and efficiently. You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. What will you be doing? Operate production equipment according to work instructions and standard procedures. Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and monitoring during production. Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or process issues. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) requirements. Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment. Support production targets and department goals. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities. Cross-train on other production tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
