1st Shift Paint Line Operator

Data Metalcraft is looking to add a Paint Line Operator to grow with our team! Data Metalcraft is a manufacturer of formed sheet metal and welded cabinets used in fiber communications, power grids, and industrial products. Our products utilize a broad range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. Available Shifts 1st Shift- Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00

PM Job Description:

Set up and prepare paint lines for production runs. Load and unload products from the paint line. Monitor the paint application process to ensure consistent and even coating of products. Conduct quality inspections of painted products to identify defects, ensure adherence to specifications, and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the paint line, including coordinating product changeovers and assisting with line setup. Notify supervisors of any production or quality issues that may arise and collaborate to implement corrective actions.

Applicant requirements:

On-the-job training available High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or related field is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to lift, load, and manipulate products as required.
