Company Description Christian Life Academy is a faith-based private school located in the rural community of Hopedale, Illinois. Founded in 2008, the academy provides educational programs for children from Pre-K through 8th grade, as well as part-time and before/after school programs. With over 90 students enrolled, the academy is committed to nurturing their academic and spiritual growth. Christian Life Academy emphasizes a supportive environment focused on both education and discipleship. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located at Christian Life Academy in Hopedale, IL. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective educational experiences through lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events, and fostering a positive and Christ-centered learning environment for students. Qualifications Proficient in lesson planning, teaching, and classroom management Experience with grading, assessing student work, and providing constructive feedback Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere Understanding of faith-based education principles and a commitment to Christian values Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferred Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
