2026 CREC Seedstocks Temporary Farming - Machinery

Description & Details:

Temporary assignment at an agricultural research center responsible for assisting in Foundation Seedstocks operations. Position requires diverse skills with major responsibilities to include field work such as tractor and implement operation, forklift or skidsteer operation, maintenance and sanitation of and grain storage and cleaning sites, maintenance of field equipment, assisting with shuttling grain and filling customer orders.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5

PM Advertised Pay:

Commensurate with experience. Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Willingness to be timely to work schedule and desire to put forth consistent and full work days. The experience or demonstrated ability to learn the skills necessary to operate specialized research equipment and follow written and verbal instructions.
