Reviews, analyzes, and interprets all financial and budgetary reports; prepares reports of findings and provides recommendations to management. Prepares reports outlining the company's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations. Partners with business leaders and stakeholders to prepare long-term financial models for current and future initiatives. Leads annual budget planning, forecasting, and implementation for all company divisions and subsidiaries. Conducts financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and forecasting to ensure efficient financial operations. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of opportunity. Analyzes business development; monitors business performance by unit, division, and brand. Performs economic research; studies subjects ranging from rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons. Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems; considers information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment. Develops and maintains pricing models and evaluates financial impact to promotional offers company wide. Audits and resolves discrepancies between financial systems. Drives process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. Hires, manages, develops, trains, reviews, and sets goals for department and staff. Establishes goals for team in accordance with company and division plan and vision. Ensures the team understands the performance standards of their department and has a clear understanding of their own individual performance. Ensures high productivity and adherence to turnaround time schedule by problem solving, motivating, and delegating. Manages and supports team members in areas of problem solving, decision making, process improvement, and professional growth in accordance with company policies. Handles employee relations matters including but not limited to performance management and enforcement of corrective or disciplinary actions. Partners and coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner on all employee relations matters. Assess and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Conducts interviews and hires staff to maintain staffing levels within the department. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required. Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant finance experience in a high-growth organization required. Experience in medical device industry highly preferred. Experience in commercialization pipeline decision making a plus. Experience in foreign entities, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange (FX) rate consolidations a plus. Experience in capital expenditure management a plus. Demonstrated experience in complex forecasting methods and techniques. Advanced knowledge of general ledger, income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Advanced knowledge of software applications, databases, and spreadsheets. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and standard costing principles a plus.Pay range:

Oversees and processes incoming maintenance order and replenishment requests; responds and executes order requests/deliveries in a timely manner. Maintains contact with requestor with updates and/or discrepancies. Delivers urgent requests to appropriate facility request to avoid discrepancies and/or delays to workflow. Assists with tracking material usage. Performs count of inventory supply levels and verifies against expected levels. Reports discrepancies between physical counts and database records. Performs minor repairs and installation of fixtures and accessories. Responds to work request for minor facility repairs; escalates or works alongside maintenance technicians on complex request. Performs basic maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment. Checks and maintains equipment and tools to ensure good working condition. Maintains appropriate systemss payment information. Inputs receivable payments within an allotted time frame. Generates and prints monthly customer statements and past due letters. Provides excellent customer service with requests regarding current and previous account balances, collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies. Monitors and maintains assigned accounts to ensure calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accurately recodes all payments received to provide correct balance data. Maintains a high volume outbound call quota to assigned delinquent customers and responsible for reducing the number of assigned delinquencies. Answers inbound calls to assist with accounting inquiries, payments, and disputes. Reconciles customer disputes pertaining to payment of outstanding balances due. Communicates, interfaces, and troubleshoots with accounting department and outside vendors as needed. Communicates and follows up with internal call centers, supervisors, and department managers regarding customer accounts and discrepancies.
