Essential Functions:

Downloads, prints and distributes daily and/or weekly tasks, ensuring work is distributed evenly. Handles and resolves customer inquiries regarding returns and credits for purchased products. Manages work queues in order to maintain a 3-5 day processing period. Keeps accurate record of returned precious alloys and complies with company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for recycling. Performs credit analysis and audits to ensure credit is under warranty. Communicates with customers regularly for credit verifications. Generates weekly credit reports for all logistics departments across enterprise. Utilizes multiple systems to track and record daily credits requests. Communicates and coordinates with internal departments regarding discrepancies and unresolved issues. Thoroughly and accurately, documents credit information in recordkeeping to provide real time updates for customer service. Uses multiple software systems to view RX's, call notes and prior invoices to verify credit legitimacy. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and/or logistics experience.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Must pass 10-key test.

Pay Range:

Glidewell Essential Functions :

Verifies all models and impression of the cases. Thoroughly reads all notes and instructions included with the case before nesting. Ensures the machine is clean and free from extra material from the vat. Checks the proper level of resin inside the vat. Ensures all print job is clean and all resin is removed from the print job. Matches correct printed crown to the cases. Scans all the cases going out of the printing room using GO location scan. Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner. Documents actions by completing forms, logs and reports. Works closely with quality control specialists and addresses all issues regarding quality standards. Follows quality standard protocol. Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional work. Prepares equipment and materials (resin, alcohol). Relies on technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Glidewell Essential Functions :

Completes and participates in all customer service training program curriculum and activities. Attends and actively participates in instructor led trainings (ILTs) on topics including but not limited to company history, communication techniques, company products, scheduling, crediting, rush cases, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Completes e-learning modules on topics related to dental terminology and morphology. Completes and participates in mock calls by applying information acquired from trainings. Education and Experience:

Stores, retrieves, and organizes supplies, materials, and products within maintenance shop. Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. Maintains and organizes spare parts and consumables. Picks up various supplies from various vendors on an as-needed. Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in facilities maintenance and repair, a plus. Experience in warehouse working environment, a plus.

Special Requirements/Certification:

Valid California state driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Forklift certification, preferred. Ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, if needed.

Maintains appropriate systemss payment information. Inputs receivable payments within an allotted time frame. Generates and prints monthly customer statements and past due letters. Provides excellent customer service with requests regarding current and previous account balances, collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies. Monitors and maintains assigned accounts to ensure calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accurately recodes all payments received to provide correct balance data. Maintains a high volume outbound call quota to assigned delinquent customers and responsible for reducing the number of assigned delinquencies. Answers inbound calls to assist with accounting inquiries, payments, and disputes. Reconciles customer disputes pertaining to payment of outstanding balances due. Communicates, interfaces, and troubleshoots with accounting department and outside vendors as needed. Communicates and follows up with internal call centers, supervisors, and department managers regarding customer accounts and discrepancies. Provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all internal and external customers such as but not limited to answering inbound telephone calls, making outbound collection calls, updating related account information, researching accounts, and inputting call notes in order to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Meets defined department goals and expectations. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
