Description:
The School Age Site Director is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned afterschool program site. They are also responsible for the planning and implementation of appropriate curriculum for children in grades TK-5th. The Director will supervise children and staff in accordance with the policies of Campus Kids Connection, Inc. and State of California Title 22 Licensing Requirements. They will be responsible for initiating and maintaining communications with parents, staff, and appropriate community agencies. They are responsible for the overall care of the children and is committed to represent the center in accordance with the philosophies of this agency.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, strong communication skills, commitment to the welfare of children and their families, ability to give and receive feedback positively, ability to respond quickly and decisively in critical situation, ability to work with diversity, posses the physical strength and abilities to perform job duties and strong social skills to work closely with community. Education and Experience
  • Must meet minimum qualifications for a Site Director in accordance with California Title 22 regulations, including relevant coursework in Early Childhood Education/Child Development and administration.
  • Current CPR/First Aid course certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Depending on education background 1 year to 4 year of experience in a licensed facility or a
