High SchoolResponsibilities Supervise and support employees in daily operational activities. Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with employment standards and company policies. Ensure adherence to operational processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. Manage inventory control and maintain accuracy, including oversight of destruction orders. Track daily performance metrics and provide feedback to employees and management. Generate and maintain account-specific reports to ensure timely and accurate performance tracking. Identify and support improvements to operational efficiency and workflow. Oversee housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
