  • Full-time Our modern state of the art dental office in Northridge is looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized Front Office team member to join our growing practice.
We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, efficient, and confident managing a busy dental schedule while delivering an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping keep the schedule full through proactive patient communication and follow-up. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and manage patient scheduling efficiently Confirm appointments and proactively fill openings/cancellations Contact overdue and unscheduled treatment patients Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Work with both Denti-Cal and PPO insurance plans Check patients in and out accurately Maintain organized patient records and treatment coordination Assist in keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently Communicate professionally with patients and team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years dental front office experience preferred Experience with Denti-Cal and PPO insurance Strong communication and phone skills Highly personable and professional demeanor Punctual and dependable Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing treatment and scheduling with patients Eaglesoft experience is a plus What We're Looking For We value team members who: Have a positive attitude Are motivated and proactive Take initiative without needing constant supervision Work well with others and help create a great office culture Truly care about patient experience
