Shift :
3:00 PM•11:30 PM on normal days busy days the shift will be 3pm•1:30am with OT on Saturdays.
Job Description:
As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment used in solar panel production. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the manufacturing process. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs. Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC Robotics Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and circuit breakers. Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper operation of equipment and provide technical support when needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and repairs completed. Participate in safety programs and adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels. Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling. Proficient with troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs. Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining FANUC Robotics Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and maintenance software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with safety regulations.
