Full Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to operate scales and package-sealing equipment and palletize finished products according to customer specifications. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the flow of harvested lettuce through conveyor belts and scales Load cartons and lids onto conveyors while keeping pace with production Verify labels and date codes match product specifications for each shift Monitor scale readings to ensure accurate case weights Package sealed cartons into corrugated cases Maintain consistent product flow throughout the packaging process Stack finished cases onto pallets for shipment Safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs Identify and report mechanical issues; assist Maintenance when needed Work as part of a team to prevent line backups and downtime Rotate between workstations as needed Inspect product quality and take corrective action when necessary Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas Accurately enter data and participate in daily team meetings Follow all safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment Agriculture or greenhouse experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and follow instructions Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail High School Diploma or GED Ability to work 8+ hour shifts in a refrigerated environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency

Schedule:

Full-time 2nd

Shift:

4pm-12/1am Monday through Thursday and Thursday through Sunday (alternating weeks) Consistent scheduling with opportunity of getting overtime
