2nd Shift Panels Associate

This position requires hands-on experience assembling electrical control panels and reading schematics . Applicants without this experience will not be considered. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Panel Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is not entry-level —candidates must have a strong mechanical and electronic assembly background and be comfortable working from blueprints and wiring diagrams. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical control panels from layout drawings and schematics Install components such as relays, breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure proper routing and labeling Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure proper functionality Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of control panel assembly OR electronic assembly experience Experience with point-to-point wiring Ability to learn/read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Proficient with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Required) Experience in UL panel building or similar environments Electrical troubleshooting experience Previous work in industrial manufacturing What We Offer Weekly pay (direct deposit) Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off & holiday pay Referral bonuses Opportunities for advancement How to Apply If you have direct experience building or wiring control panels, we encourage you to apply.
