Job Description

Faithful Homes a Residential Services provider agency licensed by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is seeking to fill a new position, Director of Operations to manage our homes located in Lancaster County. Our main mission is to provide quality and compassionate care to adults with intellectual disabilities in residential group homes in Lancaster County.

The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operational functions, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulations are followed. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving performance across departments. Qualifications include a four-year college degree & a minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive-level positions relating to the provision of residential services to individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, autism, and/or serious mental illness. The Director of Operations is a key role within the agency that reports directly to the Executive Director of the company. The Director of Operations is tasked with maintaining compliance in our homes and creating a quality and caring atmosphere in our operations. Below is a list of responsibilities. 1) Ensure that all residential homes are operating under compliance within the 6100, 6400 and 6500 regulations. a. Clean, neat homes b. Safety systems in place c. Regular review of homes for needed repairs and upgrades 2) Assist the Executive Director in openings new residential locations and the licensing process. 3) Completing annual licensing review every year and the renewal of both the 6400 and 6500 license. 4) Participate in the incident management process 5) Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness 6) Manage and mentor department managers and staff
Compensation:
Salary Range:
$85,000 to $100,000 based on experience •
Vacation:
3 Weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service •
