1st QMA Opportunity at The Wyndmoor of Marion We are seeking a compassionate and experienced 1st QMA to join our dedicated team at The Wyndmoor of Marion, an assisted living facility in Marion, Indiana. As a 1st QMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

Summary:

In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, and promoting a positive and supportive environment. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to stay current with best practices
