Design Consultant

Our Sales and Design Consultants are the keepers of our most important relationships and joy-makers who believe there is real purpose in helping others design better lives, where they are free to focus on what matters most. In this role, you'll work directly with our clients to create closets and storage solutions customized to their needs during virtual and in-home consultations and in our design showrooms. We value a variety of backgrounds, but proven sales experience is a strong foundation for success in this role. What You Need:

⦁ Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience. ⦁ Prior sales experience is strongly preferred, as it provides a foundation for the high-touch, client-centered approach we value. Confidence in selling is key to your success here. ⦁ Passion for organization, design, and helping people ⦁ Strong communication and listening skills ⦁ A desire to learn, grow and build relationships with customers ⦁ Ability to work with computer software and to learn CAD programs ⦁ Valid Driver's License Life at California Closets Are you craving something more out of your work life?
