Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm Employers Options is seeking a Equipment Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Repair and maintain golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and small engines Perform routine maintenance such as fueling, oil changes, lubrication, inspections, and adjustments Diagnose and repair gasoline, diesel, electric, and hydraulic-powered equipment Sharpen and adjust cutting units and mowing equipment Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics for troubleshooting and repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and work environment Assist with equipment detailing, parts inventory, and wash-down area maintenance Support daily inspections and safe operation of maintenance equipment Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements:

Experience repairing and servicing heavy and light equipment preferred Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, electric, and hydraulic systems Ability to safely operate shop tools and maintenance equipment Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Employers Options is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
