Laborer

Royal Pools of Hawaii is hiring and willing to train the right candidate. Qualified applicants need apply. A pool equipment specialist focuses on the maintenance, repair, and installation of swimming pool and spa equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

Repairing, and replacing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, and automated control systems. (Commercial and Residential)

Installation:

Installing new pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems. (Commercial and Residential)

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring that the pool and equipment are safe and comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Collaboration:

Working with other tradespeople like plumbers, electricians, and contractors as needed. Desired but not required Skills & Qualifications. Royal Pools is willing to train a quality candidate for this position.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems is a plus.

Mechanical Skills:

Ability to use hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance.

Electrical Knowledge:

Basic electrical knowledge for wiring equipment, to include low voltage equipment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment. Attention to

Detail:

Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.

Valid Driver's License:

A clean driving record.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various conditions.

Customer Service Skills:

Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns. Must be able to work Monday through Friday and weekends if needed. Please respond with a resume and references.
