3PL Division Manager

3PL Manager Needed for managing a warehouse team, overseeing operations, and contributing to our expansion. Competitive salary, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment in 3PL division
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and coordinate transportation activities.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance and make data-driven decisions.

Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including distribution center operations, transportation management systems, and fleet management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Must have basic computer skills, including a mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data analysis.
