Warehouse Manager

Duties Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, promoting teamwork, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels. Coordinate logistics operations for e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL partnerships, and distribution channels to meet delivery deadlines. Implement process improvements related to warehouse distribution, heavy lifting protocols, forklift operations, and OSHA safety standards. Manage shipping & receiving schedules, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance issues and support materials handling operations involving heavy lifting. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), logistics processes, and materials handling techniques.

EXTENSIV

is a big PLUS Hands-on experience operating forklifts safely. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, heavy lifting safety protocols, and warehouse safety standards. Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues related to warehouse machinery.
