Job Summary Holy Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled 3rd Grade Teacher to join its academic community. The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, and spiritual growth of students. This role includes delivering high-quality instruction while integrating Catholic values throughout the curriculum. Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with grade-level curriculum and standards across core subject areas.
• Foster a positive, structured, and faith-centered classroom environment.
• Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and activities.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain consistent classroom management and clear expectations for behavior.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding academic progress and classroom updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Practicing Catholic or willingness to support the mission of Catholic education.
• Experience teaching elementary students, preferably at the 3rd grade level.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
• Commitment to supporting the academic and spiritual development of students.
