• Assist residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Provide one-on-one companionship and emotional support throughout the day
• Help residents safely move and navigate their environment
• Maintain accurate communication with nursing staff and coworkers
• Participate in and support resident activities including crafts, music, meals, and seasonal events
• Encourage engagement, laughter, and a sense of purpose for each individual
• Contribute to a calm, respectful, and home-like atmosphere
• Qualifications No certification required; we are happy to train the right person Must be dependable, kind, and comfortable working with older adults Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team CPR/First Aid certification a plus All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to employment
