This position is responsible for closing production control, record keeping, closing out production orders (output and consumption), data entry, and material movements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the major functions of this position and are not intended to be a detailed description of all the work/functions that may be required. Other duties may be assigned. Individual will work a varied schedule based on client needs. Maintain accurate production records within the ERP system through timely and precise data entry. Close out production orders, including recording output, material consumption, and floor-level adjustments. Collect, review, and verify all production paperwork and batch records for completeness. Manage labels, placards, and inventory documentation to support traceability and compliance. Conduct data-entry investigations to resolve discrepancies and ensure system accuracy. Work closely with Production Supervisors, Shipping, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support daily operations. Cross-check production paperwork against electronic records to verify accuracy. Oversee and document material movements, including raw material usage and returns. Communicate with production team members regarding materials being returned to the warehouse. Verify work order runs on the production floor and ensure proper system updates. Maintain departmental material inventory and raw material usage records in ERP or production tracking systems. Verify output from the Oak Creek facility and support ERP-related tasks as needed. Follow all food safety, GMP, and plant safety policies while working in production areas. Complete additional tasks assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in ERP system, ideally with closing out production orders or doing transactions EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) Experience in production, ideally a food manufacturing facility At least one to three months related experience and/or trainingSimilar jobs in Muskego, WI
