! Job Description This role involves working on the 3rd shift in an industrial plant, performing hands-on labor to support production operations. You will bag products coming off conveyors, label and shrink wrap finished goods, and handle regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. The position offers a contract-to-hire path with opportunities to move into lead and forklift operator roles. Responsibilities Bag products as they come off conveyor systems in a timely and accurate manner. Label and shrink wrap bags to prepare finished products for shipment. Lift and move bags weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the shift. Support general production activities, including basic machine operating and general labor tasks as needed. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area in a dusty, industrial environment. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working around industrial equipment and materials. Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and quality targets. Operate forklifts if qualified and assigned, to move materials and finished products safely. Perform basic troubleshooting of minor issues related to production flow or equipment, escalating problems when necessary. Adapt to working independently when required, especially in a facility with limited maintenance staff. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in an industrial plant that can be dusty and dirty due to the materials processed. You will work around conveyors, bagging stations, shrink-wrapping equipment, and potentially forklifts and other production machinery. The position is for the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 am there is chance for change onto either a daylight or afternoon shift down the line! Dress expectations align with typical industrial settings, requiring practical, safety-oriented attire suitable for dusty conditions and physical labor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Eagle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
