Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Provide knowledgeable recommendations for menu items, upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightlife environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and billing procedures Prior host/hostess or serving experience in nightclub or hospitality venues is advantageous Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, guest relations, and sanitation practices Join us as a 3rd Shift Server and become part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable nights for our guests.
