3rd Shift Supervisor

Stark Truss was founded in 1963 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry. With over 60 years of experience supplying large multi-family and commercial developments, single family track and custom homes, agricultural buildings. Our construction product line includes roof and floor trusses, wall panels, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, glulam posts, pre-built stairs, StarkLam beams and connector hardware. Stark Truss Company is currently seeking 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team in our busy truss manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to grow. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership and motivational qualities. Experience in truss building and supervisor or team leader is a must. Compensation :

The starting wage range is $20

• $24 per hour based on experience.

In addition to hourly compensation, employees are eligible for overtime and attendance bonus. Attendance bonus is $150 for perfect attendance for 2 weeks and an additional $175 every 4 weeks ($475 per month).

Schedule:

Monday

• Thursday 8PM
• 6AM; Overtime if needed on

Qualifications:

• Truss building experience of 3 years
• Supervisor or team leader
• Dependability and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Able to work while standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 80 to 100 pounds
