Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid RN license in your state of practice or a compact license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the AHA CPI Blue Card certification Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related high-acuity setting preferred Ability to work independently, assess complex patient needs, and utilize the nursing process effectively Strong communication and critical thinking skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience managing stroke, cardiovascular, diabetic, wound, behavioral health, and sepsis cases Experience in trauma is a plus but not required Familiarity with high-volume emergency department protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not mandatory Prior travel nursing experience in ER settings highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism

Other Requirements:
