4th Shift Production

Join Our Team! Advanced Fiber Products is hiring production positions We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment.

Schedule:

4th Shift Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6:45am-7:00pm

What You'll Do:

Work at heights up to 20 feet using a Skyjack Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs consistently Tie roving bales using air stitchers Stay active—this role involves standing and walking throughout your shift Learn on the job with hands-on training provided Support team operations and take on additional tasks as needed Operate and monitor pultrusion machines Handle fiberglass materials and maintain production flow Read setup sheets and production orders to meet quality standards Perform quality checks throughout production Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Clean and maintain equipment and tooling Assist with machine setup, shutdown, and changeovers Cross-train in other areas of the plant

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools Ability to read measurements and production documentation Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Commitment to safety and PPE requirements Willingness to learn, grow, and work overtime as neededMotivated, dependable, and quick-moving individuals Willingness to work overtime as needed Commitment to safety and company policies Advanced Fiber Products is an equal opportunity employer.
