PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPEREINCE AND AGREED UPON. REPSONSIBILITIES

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential sites, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and other mechanical tools efficiently and safely Perform construction estimating tasks related to plumbing scope of work, materials, and labor requirements for project planning Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance or remodeling as needed Assist with assembly of plumbing components, pipe fitting, threading, and heavy lifting to ensure precise installation Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and meet project deadlines Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations during project execution Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols Experience Current Arkansas Master Plumber license or 4th-year apprentice status with significant hands-on construction plumbing experience. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical systems, pipe installation methods including soldering or welding as applicable Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently in various environments while maintaining high safety standards

This role involves executing complex plumbing projects at commercial and residential locations ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in plumbing with a strong background in service and projects. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings, following blueprints and schematics Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Conduct remodeling and maintenance tasks on existing plumbing infrastructure Perform field service tasks including system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of work Requirements

MINIUM OF 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE

. Proficiency in pipe threading and the use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for installation purposes. Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and field service operations Current valid Arkansas driver's license for site access or material transport purposes Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Candidate must be able to speak, write and read English Must be able to pass a drug test Must be able to work up to 40 hours a week Must be on time to work every day Must be on-call some weekends for emergency calls Must have reliable work transportation to and from work every day
