Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced In-Home Healthcare Nurse to join our team in providing specialized care for medically fragile children. This position requires an individual with excellent clinical skills, G tube skills the ability to work independently, and a passion for improving the lives of children in need. 2 years pediatric care services . Currently Needed for Flexible 16 Hours a week! 9-5p, 10-6p or 11-7 p any day

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to children with complex medical needs in a home setting. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor vital signs and medical conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary. Perform routine nursing tasks, including feeding, bathing, and dressing, as required by the child's condition. Coordinate with the child's medical team to ensure seamless care. Educate family members on best practices for at-home care and provide emotional support. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care, progress, and concerns. Respond quickly and effectively in case of medical emergencies. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the child and their family.

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
