POSITION SUMMARY

Job Description:

Responsible for auditing all casino operational revenue and performing other accounting functions for the casino

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains and distributes reports to department supervisors for collection of over/shorts for cash handling positions. Analyzes reports for comparison purposes and special projects. Completes basic non-gaming audits (restaurant, bar, gift shop) & other simple accounting functions. Under guidance of Lead Revenue Audit Clerk, learns and performs gaming audits (table games, slots) and more complicated non-gaming audits (hotel, events center, coupons). Helps conduct monthly inventory counts. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.
