Opportunity:

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting new role with one of Minnesota's top manufacturing companies? Atlas Staffing is partnering with an innovative industry leader to find a talented technician to join their team. If you have experience in machinery maintenance and enjoy troubleshooting and improving equipment performance, we want to hear from you! This position will require you to take a skills assessment prior to interview.

What You'll Be Doing:

Troubleshooting & Repairing:

Maintain and repair all production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Programming Support:

Provide PLC and hardware support for the facility.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform oiling, greasing, cleaning, and ensure all equipment is running smoothly.

Documentation:

Keep accurate and organized records, including diagrams, drawings, and maintenance logs.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the team to resolve malfunctions and ensure minimal downtime.

Safety Compliance:

Follow ISO procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally work from ladders or platforms as needed. What makes you a great fit:

Technical Expertise:

Experience with fluid power, industrial electricity, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Education:

Relevant schooling or certifications in Fluid Power & Industrial Electricity.

Problem Solver:

Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently and independently.

Organized:

Maintain clear and legible documentation of all work completed.

Adaptable:
