Our Family Service Advisor and Licensed Funeral Director (Pre-Need) Engage with customers by providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs Promote products and services while fostering a positive sales environment Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele Participate in training to develop sales techniques and customer service skills Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience Requirement for Licensed Funeral Director (Pre-Need) Current Funeral Director License issued in Ohio/ or Any other State Why Join Us?
