Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Assist customers with product demos and upselling to promote store offerings and increase sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly on shelves Conduct regular stock checks, inventory counts, and restocking to keep the store fully supplied Handle cashier duties including processing payments accurately and managing cash registers with proper phone etiquette Support store cleanliness by tidying up aisles, cleaning counters, and ensuring a safe shopping environment Requirements Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math is advantageous Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm Join us in delivering outstanding service in a vibrant retail environment!
