Job Description

Financial Advisor Associate Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants Overview Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Financial Advisor Associate to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role for someone eager to build a long-term career in financial services, combining client engagement, business development, and operational support within an established advisory practice. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the business, contribute immediately, and grow into a full-producing advisor, with the opportunity for long-term ownership and independence.
Compensation Base income:
$30,000-$40,000 Commission and performance-based bonuses Significant long-term earning potential tied to production and growth Key Responsibilities Client & Advisor Support Partner with senior advisors to prepare for client meetings, financial reviews, and follow-ups Manage client communications, service requests, and documentation Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records Business Development & Production Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach Participate in client meetings and begin developing your own book of business Support financial planning strategies aligned with client goals Progress toward individual production targets with mentorship and support Operations & Practice Management Coordinate scheduling, meeting preparation, and workflow management Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements Contribute to enhancing internal processes and overall client experience Qualifications Strong interest in building a career as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Manager Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow income and responsibility over time Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Coachable, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field preferred) Prior experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus Currently holding FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, 63/65) What We Offer A clear, structured path to becoming a full Financial Advisor Mentorship from experienced advisors and leadership Access to a broad range of financial products and planning tools through an open architecture platform Ongoing training, development, and professional support Why Join Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants We are committed to helping individuals build meaningful, entrepreneurial careers while making a lasting impact on clients' financial futures.
