This position includes instruction in junior high and high school English Language Arts courses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional practices, a passion for literacy education, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students while fostering critical thinking, communication, and academic growth. 7-12
English Language Arts Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and literature
  • Develop lessons that promote critical thinking, communication skills, and student engagement
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide timely, meaningful feedback
  • Foster student growth in literacy, analysis, collaboration, and written communication
