POSITION OVERVIEW

To provide leadership in and coordination to the assigned area of English Language Arts

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards. Foster a love of reading and writing through diverse literary selections and writing assignments. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess student performance through a variety of evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and curriculum development. Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and classroom expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid state teaching certification in English Language Arts (015) Strong knowledge of literary analysis, composition, and language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
